The system has several financial reports that can be used to report on the transactions that have been made and recorded.
Income Reports
When creating an income report you can select a date range from the pre-configured options or your own custom date range selection.
You can also choose whether to include a daily total into the rows, which will show the total of all payments made on a single day, plus a breakdown of payment method. If a day has no payments, it will not be shown.
You can also chose to include transactions that have been made from a customer Account Credit balance by selecting the corresponding box.
The income report comes in three versions. The standard income report will list all transactions, with:
- the date,
- whether it was a payment or a refund,
- the payment method i.e. Cash, Credit, Stripe etc.,
- Customer name,
- Invoice number
- Transaction Total, ex VA and VAT total
- Online Tx Fee and Online Net payment
- The Gateway Tx id, Gateway Payout Date and Gateway Payout ID (when available).
The detailed income report will show all of the above with the addition of:
- The Event date
- The product type and account code (if available)
- A description of the product
The simplified report does not show daily totals and just shows the
- Transaction date
- Customer name
- A description of the transaction
- The Total amount
Monthly Income Report
With the monthly income report is similar to the simplified income report except that you can only select one month and year.
The monthly report will show:
- the date,
- whether it was a payment or a refund,
- the payment method i.e. Cash, Credit, Stripe etc.,
- Customer name,
- Invoice number
- Transaction Total, ex VAT and the VAT total.
Product Type Report
The product type report gives you the same date selection as the income reports. It then breaks down your income over the specified period by product type including a pie chart.
Multiple Events Report
The Multiple events report gives you a breakdown of your Event Entry fees, Late Entry Fees and Transponder hire fees, displayed in a pie chart and table.
Stripe Payout Report
The Stripe Payout Report is useful for consolidating your payments on the system with your Stripe Account. This report will include:
- Customer name
- Invoice number
- Payment or Refund Date
- Payment Total, ex VAT with VAT,
- Stripe Fee and Net amount after Stripe Fee
- Stripe Charge or Refund ID
- Payout Date
- Payout ID
- Daily summary of
- Payout Amount,
- Payment Total, ex VAT with VAT,
- Stripe Fee and Net amount after Stripe Fee
Monthly Membership Revenue Report
With the monthly membership revenue report, this allows you to select a month and year which will the display the details of your membership revenue.
This report will show the sales of each membership type with a breakdown of New Members and Rejoining Members. It will also show the different payment methods used for the memberships.
Customer Account Credit Report
The Customer Account Credit report will show all customers who have an account credit balance.
Customer Revenue Report
The Customer Revenue report will show the total spending by each customer on your account, of all time.
Customers Individual Statement of Account Report
On a customers profile page, under the Invoices tab, there is also a button to generate a report on a customers Statement of their Account i.e. all the Invoices and Payments with an outstanding balance.
