If a customer answered Yes to the results website, but later changes their mind, this can be amended in one of two ways.
If the event has not taken place, and they mention this on arrival at the venue, their responses to registration can be amended on the Reception screen.
Find their booking/session and click the pencil icon next to their name:
Then untick the box that says "Show on public results and leaderboards"
If the event has taken place, then this can only be amended in the timing app. Open the original event in the Timing app, then click on the list of Competitors. Find the customer's name and click on it. Underneath their name there will be a tick box to hide a person's name from the web results:
Click Save and repeat for any other customers, then on the Event Details page, there is a Task to Upload the results again:
Please note: It is not possible to hide competitor's names from competition racing.
