Adding additional sessions

This guide shows you how to add extra sessions to a booking.  You may want to do this when adding an upsell session or where some participants are taking part in different sessions to other participants. 


 

You add extra sessions to a booking by clicking the Add Sessions button on the booking screen. These session can be at a different time to the existing session (shown in black text below) or when adding customers for categories not already on the booking.




You must not use the Add Sessions button to increase any existing quantities. To do this click on the bill item in question and use the + or - buttons to increase or decrease the quantity. 



Adding Sessions with different quantities


The Add Sessions button should be used when adding additional customers for a customer category that is not currently on the booking, and where some customers are taking part in different sessions to the other customers.  


For example, if you had a booking for one adult and two children, but the parent only wanted to go out in the first session, you should create a booking for the two children's sessions first (as they will be taking part in more sessions), then use the Add Sessions button to add the session for the adult (A) to the booking.
