To Log on to Alpha Flow use any web browser and visit https://ams.alphatiming.co.uk/ to reach the log in screen.
Here you can enter your username and password. Only Administrators can create users which is explained here. If you have forgotten your password use the link in the bottom right to reset your password or it can be reset by an administrator.
