Problems launching the app - Android

If you're having issues launching the Racehub app on Android, first check you are running the latest version of the app and Android software. If you are but the app is still not launching, follows these steps to clear the apps data.

Step 1:

Navigate to your Settings page and open Apps & Notifications:

Step 2:

Select "See all apps" to see all of your apps

Step 3:

Find and select the Alpha Racehub app

Step 4:

Click on "Storage and cache"

Step 5
Click "Clear Storage"

Now try relaunching the app to see if it loads. If not, please get in touch with your club.
