Redeeming a Voucher

To use a Voucher click the voucher button as a payment method. You will be prompted to then enter the voucher number from the customer and click Validate Voucher.

The system will then tell you the original value of the voucher, plus any remaining balance. If the remaining balance does not have sufficient funds or has expired you will see a warning and the amount will not be redeemed. You can change the payment amount to the remaining balance and then click Redeem Voucher to redeem.
