Clicking on an event in the diary will bring up the event screen. By default it will open on the Bookings Tab (1). A list of bookings will be shown on the left (2). The selected booking will be highlighted blue and that booking’s details will be displayed on the right (3). The unique Bill number for each booking will be displayed at the top of the bill (4).
The details for the particular session the booking is in will be displayed at the top (5) and will show the date and time of the activity, the resource it will use, the activity format followed by a badge showing whether it is a shared (with a participants counter) or an exclusive session.
You can also flag a booking if you needed to highlight it for attention (6). This will also flag the whole session in the diary.
You can add extra sessions to a booking by clicking the Add Sessions button on the bill which will list them in black text with their respective start times.
To cancel the Booking for that customer by pressing the Cancel Booking button in the middle of the bill.
You can also add Discounts, Payments, Reschedule sessions and make edits to the bill by clicking their respective buttons on the bill.
To add another customer's booking to this session, click the Add Customer button (7).
The Cancel Event button on the bottom left will cancel all the bookings for the event. It will not delete any payments associated with the booking(s); you may need to issue a refund first by clicking the Payment button. | |
Once all sessions have been cancelled, the button will change to Delete Event, where the session is removed from the diary. | |
If the event is deleted or cancelled in error it can be found again by showing cancelled events or by typing the bill number or customer’s details into the diary’s search box. You can then click the orange Reinstate event button. |
