In order to prepare for a new season, new championships need to be set up, and the completed championships archived. You will also need to ensure the Club Management System is prepared for a new season too.
If you have any new classes for the new season, you will need to create the class first before creating the new championship table.
To archive and copy Championship tables, click on the Championships icon (circled below).
STEP 1: Click on a complete championship, and click the Copy championship button at the top. Enter the name for the championship (usually the class name followed by the year/season) and enter the full year into the new championship code box (e.g. 2021).
STEP 2: Once done click the Save button at the top and the championship will be ready to run for the following year. The new entry should appear at the top of the list of championships.
STEP 3: Now click Edit championship on the completed championship, tick the archived option and click save.
Now select the next completed championship and repeat the steps above until all championships that are being run in the new year have been copied and the old ones archived.
