If a competitor who has paid for a Pit Bay would like to move to another bay, the original pit bay must be refunded and cancelled before the new pit bay is reserved and paid for.
STEP 1: Cancel the original reservation and refund the payment to customer credit to be used to pay for the new reservation. See the Cancelling a Pit Bay Reservation article on how to do this.
STEP 2: Create this new reservation in the intended bay. See the Creating a Pit Pay Reservation guide on how to do this. In the billing area of the new reservation, tick the box that says new invoice and select "Add to an existing invoice". You can then select the invoice that the refund was made for the original booking. Make sure Send Invoice is NOT ticked and click the blue Add Pit Bay Reservation button.
STEP 3: In the reservation click on the invoice for the new bay, and use the account credit to pay for the new reservation. Once the invoice is paid, you can then click the Update Reservation button and the reservation has been successfully "moved".
