Allocating an Event's Pit Bays

If you use pit bays, you can allocate which type of pit bay product is available for each event. Pit bays are attached to a venue and can be managed in the Venue Settings. If you need to manage a competitor's reservation, you'll need to head to the Pit Bays Management page by clicking Pit Bays in the Manage menu. 


To find available Pit Bays for your event, go to the event and click the Edit button then select Pit Bays. 

This will then show you a list of Currently assigned pit bays and/or the bays that can be allocated below. 

Select the product by ticking the Allocate box and if you're select an Event click the blue Save button.


Note: You can only have one product (Annual or Per Event) allocated to an event.


If you have a product already allocated to this event, for example one with a date range, that you'd like to remove from the event, click the Edit event Product button for that product. 



You can then remove this product from this event. This will also remove any reservations currently in place for that bay. If happy click the red Remove Product From Event button and then click the red button again to remove the product and confirm the cancelation of any existing reservations (if applicable).
